sO What!

Stella D'oriente is a newly established business design and investment company. As an umbrella company our products are and will be our companies desinated by us and our future partners.

sO, Basicly, what we do at sO (stella d'oriente - http://www.stelladoriente. com), is to design, develop and market new ideas and businesses. On this sense we are essentially a "business design" firm. However, for people to believe in us and because we also thought it would be profitable, we switched to "business design and realisation", therefore; we now design the "business", and then we "realise the business"; we make our ideas come true by working together on common projects.

Our first product is focusabacus (Your Global Real Estate Helper) (feel free to check http://emlak.im which is the Turkish version, You can view it in Russian or Chinese as well as your own language), it is a real estate platform with many rich features, with the key-point of "multi-lingual trans-national real estate business", the reason we picked this project was because it was easy to make, and it would provided us some ground knowledge and gave us the necessary experience to develop further and more complex systems. We co-oparate by testing the project, but most importantly translocalizing it; To make it work for different markets and different customers, currently we have thausands of members from all around the world and we are constantly working to enter into virgin markets. We have several articles in the internet written about our web-sites and we work harder to have even more articles by offering innovative, simple, efficient services to our guests..

You may ask, why internet business, why not offline, traditional? The answer is simple; we want to do traditional business, however, it is way easy for us to realise online projects; we have very low operating costs, and we have an accumulated knowledge that even many IT companies do not have, we are effective at producing reliable projects in small amount of time. But as I said, for the future, when we have the enough money, we can pass to more crazy projects where we can invest.

At sO, we care being crazy, creativity and mutual benefits, so we teach each other when we would learn a new trend, share knowledge and past experience. We do not mind sharing ideas, At least, this is what we envision our group to be.. for this very reason, we have recently set-up our blog at http://stella-doriente.blo gspot.com, we are trying to post as we have time (as we are students now we are coping with the exams, at least here in italy)..

The group was founded by Kerem Köker, Cağrı Karahan, Peinan Zhang and Me (Onur Müştak Çobanlı) as founders, and then Vinh Dao (Vietnam), Ramiz Assaf (Palastine), Renzo Moyoli (Peru), Yumi Chen (HongKong), Fadi Kobroslu (Lebenon), Vilte Gefenaite (Lithuania), Hitomi Bima (Japan), Jakub Stechly (Polland), Gennaro Ruggiero (Italy), Joakim Lindblom (Sweden) joined us on the way as Country Leads..

How we work? One of us come with idea, we make a meeting, and then we realise it, at this point, we the founders will invest in the projects (we will pay all the costs), and the country representatives will be trans-localizing or glocolizing the projects. Means we will make sure that your idea works here in Italy, in Turkey, in China, in Vietnam or in Saudi Arabistan or Spain.

sO model is; create > invest > earn > create bigger > invest bigger > earn bigger > ..... with bigger cycles each time, and at this moment we are at the first cycle. We created, we are investing, we will earn..

You may ask, If I come with idea, do I have to be just country lead, can I be a global share holder? Sure you can be global shareholder for your idea, as long as you invest your time and experience. Your skills and merits are the key point here, and your capacity to create business will determine share.
